eTranslate Online Support eTranslate provides our customers with an automated system for submitting support incidents pertaining to our software products and for searching an online database of common issues. This system uses TeamShare's Support software and can be accessed here. A login ID is required, which can be obtained from eTranslate Technical Support. Once you log in, your outstanding incidents will be displayed. Simply use the bar at the top of the browser to navigate the TeamShare system. [Submit] will allow you to log a new incident and [Knowledge Base] will allow you to access a database of common issues. Submitted incidents are responded to during the normal business hours of the region from which the request originated.
